Payment plans are available to those who qualify
To qualify we will need a cosigner who meets (1) of the following requirements
- own their own home or property that has a value equal to or greater than the remaining balance
- have job history at a current place of employment for at least 1 year
Once a cosigner has been approved, the following terms must be met
- 6% of the total bond, plus all jail fees ($30-35 per charge) must be paid at time of bonding
- both the principal of the bond and the cosigner must sign a promissory note
- a repayment option must be determined to occur either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly
- total balance must be paid in full within 12 months of execution of promissory note
There are no penalties for early payoff
Payments may be made in person, over the phone, or by mail (money order or cashiers check only)
